| Hi there,
I was wondering if you could help me. My name is Claire Shearman and my friend and I will be flying to Uganda on the 22nd June with hopes of finding an orphanage we can volunteer at for a week or so.
As keen fundraisers for charities whose aim it is to eradicate poverty, we are both planning to write journals during our stay and record everything we learn so that, when we return to England, we'll have a story to tell which will hopefully influence others to donate money and gifts to such a worthwhile cause.
We both have recent CRB police checks and can supply you with our passport details and any other things you need to know. As volunteers, we will not be of any burden to you and can easily arrange our own accommodation and food.
If there is anything at all you could offer us (even if it's just one day for us to look around and learn about the help and support you provide for these children) please let me know. Apologies also for such late notice... I haven't |

| Hi Dee...We hope you are doing well. I want to get pictures of the children from you that I can digitally download for use at school. Our first grade fundraiser is still going to raise $$ for the school. Have you had the mac n cheese party yet? If so, do you have digital pictures? Africa will be a significant part of our Open House celebration in April this year. Our students are still very enthused. I am getting digital pictures of each of them to make a book. We are making a page per child by using ComicLife on Mac computers. We will either send it digitally or as a hard copy. We love you and know the blessing of the Lord is upon you. Hugs and prayers,
Gail Downey |

| Thank you for sharing the stories of your home and your children. I have been praying for the healing of Uganda since 1982 and this is the first time I have gone looking to find information on the orphanages in Uganda. What a thorough delight to be able to put faces to some of the children that have captivated my heart for the past 27 years. I will be praying for all the beautiful children in your care and for your continued work. I look forward to getting updated via the e-mail. Your sister in Christ, Angie |
