Norah Rachel Kirya
Born: 8/14/2004
Admitted: 9/20/2004
Norah was brought by her father when she was only one month old. Her father was over 70 years-old and an alcoholic. Norah’s mother, who was only about 18 years-old, abandoned her new born baby after she gave birth. The old man had no means of taking care of the little baby and the Probation Department removed Norah from him. She has been with us ever since.
Norah is our mischievous one. She started Nursery School early, just because she was bored at home and only caused trouble. Norah is our “middle child.” The babies are too young for her to play with, while the others are all about two to three years older than her. But somehow, she fits right in. Sometimes we forget Norah is only three and that she gets worn out easily. At times we can’t find Norah, only to discover her in her bed taking a nap. She is a beautiful girl, with a wonderful smile.
Though Norah is still young, we know that her future is very bright and that she will go far. We know that God has a plan for her life and we look forward to watching her grow and develop into the beautiful young woman God intends her to be. Remember our little singer Norah when you remember us in prayer.
