Answering For the Children was registered in Jinja, Uganda in August of 1999. AFTC opened it’s doors and received it’s first orphans on June 17,2000. Within 1 weeks time there were seven orphans and more on the way. AFTC has developed from a vision given to Deidrah McAulay to a home that has grown to 25 children. The goal is to maintain a close knit home environment, raise the children until the age of 18 to seek God first and love Him with all their hearts while training and educating them to be productive members of society.
